Technological Analyses
In our laboratories, we perform technological testing on pharmaceutical and medical packaging, wheelchairs for disabled users, and biomedical devices, including prostheses, needles, catheters, woven and non-woven fabrics, dental implants, plastic materials and bone implants.
Techno Analisys provides the following technological testing services:
- accelerated aging simulation in a climatic chamber;
- autoclaving tests;
- consultancy and analysis for medical and pharmaceutical packaging.
Accelerated Aging Simulation
This test consists of placing the device under examination inside a climatic chamber for a defined period.
Within the chamber, an aging process equivalent to approximately 3–5 years is simulated. At the end of the test, the packaging is evaluated to determine whether it has been altered over time, for example in terms of sterility preservation.
Autoclaving Test
The autoclaving test is a technological analysis used to evaluate the resistance of a sample to sterilization by moist heat in an autoclave.
